Who do I contact if I have questions and/or need support?
AMAC members receive priority support at GrandparentsAcademy.com. If you have any questions, please email our support center here: [email protected] (be sure to mention you're an AMAC member!)
How do I sign up for masterclasses?
Registration is completed online. When you find a masterclass you like, click on the purple "Register" button. This will take you to a secure registration page which will ask for basic contact and payment information. If you're new to GrandparentsAcademy.com and haven't yet created a login to the online student portal where the classes are hosted, you'll be asked to create a password.
How do I attend masterclasses?
All masterclasses are hosted online within the student portal. Some are self-paced, which means you'll be able to access and complete the class content on your schedule. There are also masterclasses that contain "live" elements to each, such as weekly scheduled video meetings, etc. These details can be found within each masterclass description.
How long do I have access to the masterclass content?
You'll have lifelong access to any masterclass you are gifted or purchase. We make it available in the online student portal for you to access at your convenience.
